V-Max works great on calm or choppy waters. Its unique v-shaped
mouth, spitting capability, and overall great body design creates
an awesome first impression for bass. This lure is perfect for the
novice angler looking for exciting topwater action.
The V-Max's innovative mouth design allows water to spray
forward and rain down onto the surface. This "showering" effect
resembles the water patterns caused by the shifting or darting
actions of schooling baitfish.
For the best results, position the tip of the rod just above the
water's surface. Create a foot or two of slack in the line by
swinging the rod tip toward the floating lure, and with a quick
jerk bring the line tight. This technique will produce maximum
water displacement with minimal forward travel, allowing V-Max more
quality time in the strike zone.
Line recommendation: 8-12 pound low-stretch monofilament or
15-20 pound no-stretch braided line.
The V-Max weighs 1/4 ounce and is equipped with a single Daiichi
Bleeding Bait Red #4 Treble Hook.
