The Super Copper Wire Line from Howie's Tackle is a slightly
modified version of Howie's standard copper line, featuring a
silver, tin-plated finish. This special finish gives the wire added
durability and corrosion resistance. The softer copper formulation
allows the line to come off the reel better than most standard
braided copper lines. It is also more kink resistant and easier to
manage.
This line can be used whenever regular lead-core or other wire
lines would be used. Copper wire has a smaller diameter than lead
core and is heavier than standard wire trolling line, which allows
lures to run deeper while letting less line of the spool.
Howie's Super Copper Wire is 45# test, .036 diameter, and is
available in five lengths - 75', 150', 300', 450' & 600
feet.
