King of the Cut Jerky Kit by Hi Mountain

The King of the Cut jerky kit allows you to cut jerky meat to the same thickness every time! The double-sided cutting board is made of selected hardwoods, set to the perfect depths of 1/4" and 3/8". Simply select your desired thickness, lay your favorite cut of meat down on the board and slide the knife along the cutting board guides to create the perfect slice of meat for homemade beef jerky. Cut the slices into the desired widths, season and dry.

The jerky board and knife also works great for slicing delicate vegetables. Make perfect slices of tomatoes and onions for burgers and sandwiches!
