The Hydra is a unique creature bait featuring 24 tentacles. The
balls at the ends of the tentacles are buoyant allowing the skirt
to float up and flare out. This gives the bait a larger profile and
more life-like appearance. The combination of the salt-impregnated
body and non-salted tentacles causes the tentacles to rise and
shake above the body, triggering more aggressive strikes.
