Items in new, unopened packages may be returned up to 30 days, with exception of electronics. Electronics in new, unopened packages may be returned up to 14 days after purchase. Opened defectives may be exchanged within the 14 day period for same item. All warranty claims beyond the stated periods must be returned to the manufacturer.
